Nearing its sixth anniversary, Bali Safari and Marine Park is celebrating its 3rd Indonesia Travel and Tourism Award 2013/2014 as the Nation’s Leading Theme Park.
To share its joy, the Bali Safari and Marine Park is giving back to the community via skill-training programs for local villagers, blood donor campaigns and making contributions to a nearby orphanage.
Skill training sessions were conducted for three villages over a two-week period during November 2013. Senior members of the Park’s staff gave operations training and housekeeping courses on food and beverage training to the villagers.

In addition, a charity clothes drive saw children at orphanages in nearby Gianyar and Denpasar receive new outfits provided by the Park and its workers.
A visit by staffers to the Dharma Jati , Kesayan Ikang Papa
and Yappemakim Orphanage
s included ‘educative story telling” for the children. Joining the visit were several residents of the Bali Safari Park
including an albino python and a sulfur-crested cockatoo handled throughout the visit by experts from the Park.
