Alila Hotels and Resorts will premiere their fifth Bali property in late 2014 with the opening of the Alila Seminyak, Bali.
Located on the less-developed stretch of beach on Bali’s southwest coast, the hotel is claimed by its developers to adhere to rigorous environmental standards striving to create a sustainable tourism product. These measures include use of local, recycled or reclaimed building materials, low-energy light fixtures, rainwater harvesting, solar energy and environmental management system.
The Alila Seminyak will have 240 rooms ranging in size from 46 to 177 square meters. The Resort’s penthouse will occupy an expansive 811 square meters.
The new resort will appeal to the life style crowd, located within easy striking distance of Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Potato Head and the bevy of fine dining venues that now populate this part of Bali.
