Bali Immigration Deport 22 Foreigners in Q1 2014

Bali Daily (The Jakarta Post) reports that the Bali Immigration office has officially deported 22 foreigners during Q1 of 2014 for violation of the law.
Bambang Wisnu Wardhana of the Immigration office said 16 of the 22 deported were connected with arrests made in 2013 with the remaining 8 people connected to arrests made in 2014.
Wardhana said his office is understaffed with only 6 officers to deal with the task of monitoring foreigners in five regencies and one municipality of Bali.
Bali immigration is seeking assistance in monitoring foreign visitors by enlisting assistance from the Bali Police and the Bali Provincial Tourism Office.
