Bali to Host Jakarta and Surabaya Soirees

Leading Hotels Join Bali Discovery Tours To Stimulate Meeting and Conference Business to Bali.

Bali's leading hotels and resorts will be traveling to Jakarta and Surabaya to participate in a Bali MICE Cocktail & Showcase to be held in those two cities on June 10th and 12th, respectively.

In two separate cocktail receptions held at the Grand Hyatt-Jakarta and Hyatt Regency-Surabaya between 1630 until 1730 hours, participants will be invited to join the visiting Bali travel professionals to learn of the exciting and value-packed options available to the Indonesian corporate market bringing their meetings and conferences to Bali.

Exciting Prizes to be Given Away

The participating hotels will be giving away a number of exciting hotel packages to those attending the event, including 5 accommodation packages in each city with a round trip ticket from Jakarta or Surabaya to Bali on Garuda Indonesia Airlines.

For example, those invited to attend the Jakarta event will be eligible to win a four-night stay at, The Residence, the palatial private home originally built for the Sultan of Brunei within the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. This Grand Prize includes a round trip ticket on Garuda Indonesia (economy class); return airport transfers by Mercedes Benz; all Palace Club services (American breakfast, afternoon tea, 2 hours cocktail with hors d'oeuvres, refreshment of juices and soft drinks throughout the day, daily dinner for four persons with free flow of house wines, beers, soft drinks, and juices; and a Body and Soul Spa package for four persons including daily spa sessions of two and one-half hours each for three consecutive days.

Prizes and participants will vary between the Jakarta and Surabaya event with other prizes contributed by hotels participating in the travel showcase. Among those hotels and travel-related companies registered to join either the Jakarta or Surabaya shows are Alila Hotels and Resorts, Bali Dynasty Resort, Bali Hilton International, Club Med Bali, Grand Hyatt Bali, Hard Rock Hotel, Hatten Wines, Melia Bali Resorts, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Oberoi Resorts, Sanur Paradise Plaza, Travira Air and The Ritz-Carlton Bali Resort & Spa.

Last-Minute Registration

Last-minute registration is still open for additional Bali hotels and island attractions wishing to join the Bali MICE Cocktail Party and Showcase.
