The Bali Tourism Development Corporation (BTDC) - the owners of Bali's Nusa Dua Complex, is offering its sole remaining 25 hectare land parcel to potential tourism investors.
First developed in the early 1980's, Nusa Dua 300 hectare complex now hosts some 4,500 hotel rooms, a state-of-the-art convention center, an 18-hole championship golf course, a shopping and entertainment center, and a lawn bowl club.
According to the President Director of the BTDC, Mr. I Made Mandra, potential developers are welcome to consider the remaining parcel of land in the Complex for town houses, villas, hotels, or tourism recreational facilities. Similar to the existing investors at Nusa Dua, potential developers would be provided 30 years use of the land with an extensions of 20 years in return for a cash payment in combination with a share of revenues.
The Nusa Dua Complex provides developers with modern infrastructure elements including paved roads, water, electricity, central waste water treatment, and telecommunications.
