The Bali Orchid Show held at the Galeria Kuta July 3-7, 2003, drew thousands of visitors to see Bali's leading orchid cultivators vie for awards and offer their delicate blooms for sale to the public.
The setting for the show was the "nearly completed"Galeria Kuta - a modern shopping complex in Kuta scheduled to open in the coming few months. The show used the attractive lawns and boulevards that criss-cross the mall to set up stands displaying orchids, bonsai's and other plants on sale for the public.
