Arthur Frommer of Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel, published an editorial at www.msnbc.com in the days immediately following the Jakarta Hotel bombing that raises a number of important issues for those who love to travel. That editorial, "Call Me Dumb, But But I Am Still Undecided As To Whether We Should Travel To Bali" is an intelligent and all-too-rare review of the culture of fear brought on by random acts of international terror and how that fear can needlessly prevent people from enjoying a holiday in paradise.
