Just in time to welcome visits by four different heads of state in early October during the ASEAN Ministerial Summit, Bali Hilton International is putting the finishing touches on a lavish US$ 3 million refurbishment of its 75-room Ayodya Palace wing.
Work on the refurbishment commenced in May 2003, representing the first major renovation project on the property since its opening in 1990. Commenting on the renovation, Ian A. McKie, Director of Hotel Operations said, "What we have set out to achieve with The Ayodya Palace is a dreamy destination in a quiet corner of the Bali Hilton property that is unique in its facilities, amenities and contemporary in design and ambience. The Ayodya Palace is ideal for anyone wanting a new level of exclusive guest experience."
The Ayodya Palace features a purpose-built spa, boasting four therapy suites with tropical outdoor relaxation bale pavilions, bath, shower facilities and a well-trained staff providing the latest in Balinese traditional treatments and spa rituals. Accessible exclusively to Palace guests from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. the Ayodya Spa also offers in-room treatments available upon request.
Another new feature of The Ayodya Palace is a world-class butler service, private check-in facilities, extended operational hours of its exclusive Palace Lounge, and the option of evening dining facilities in the lounge.
