Internationally renowned security specialist Hill and Associates will be conducting a special morning security briefing on Thursday, September 25, 2003 for selected leaders in Bali's tourism industry. The briefing, titled "Emerging Security Paradigms for the Hospitality Industry" will be conducted by Craig Foster, the Regional Operations Director for Hill Associate's Singapore Office.

Among the topics to be covered in the 2 hour briefing, prior to a hosted lunch, are an update on current security risks in the region; a report on the JW Marriott bombing; appropriate responses from corporate clients and international tour operators, airlines and major hotel brands; and a review of the benchmark initiative from the Singapore "COPE" case study.

The briefing will be held at the Bali International Convention Center (BICC) commencing at 10:00 a.m. and concluding with lunch. Participation is limited and free-of-charge open by invitation only to chief operating officers of major hotel brands, destination management companies, professional conference operators, attraction operators, international schools, and airlines.

Applications to participate should be sent to [ifah@balidiscovery.com].
