Each year, The St. Regis Bali Resort, as part of Marriott International, holds an annual event in support of UNICEF. On Sunday, 19 November 2017, The St. Regis Bali Resort presents  “Every Child Matters” Brunch.

 

On that date, family and friends can dine in a chic ambient enjoying the legendary lavish Sunday brunch at Boneka while helping more than 4.5 million children across the globe via the Check Out for Children Program (COFC).

 

Part of the proceeds from the lunch will be donated to UNICEF.

 

Since its inception, COFC has raised Over $35 million has been donated to help UNICEF.

 

The Boneka Sunday Brunch is known for its refined taste and flavor via three-brunch concept comprised of an extensive buffet, sumptuous à la carte items and endless delicious distraction of pass around delicacies.

 

The Sunday Brunch starts with complimentary aperitifs, including The St. Regis signature Bloody Mary from 11:00 AM at King Cole Bar. The gastronomic excellence unfolds at noon, presenting premium à la carte delights including lobster omelet, Wagyu beef steak and eggs, caviar and foie gras, as well as homemade specialties conveniently brought to you by the servers in non-stop pass-around.

The distinctive buffet also features an outdoor grill station showcasing the catch of the day, oysters and meat from The Carvery.  A mouth-watering selection of exquisite desserts waits at the finish line for the Boneka Sunday Brunch.

 

The day’s festivities will be complemented by live jazz performed by Boneka’s resident artists.
