The Australian holidaymakers who form the readership of the stylish Holidays for Couples magazine recently voted their favourite hotels and resorts around the world.
The publishers of Holidays For Couples, Rhonda Bannister and Tanya Joslin, said that the award, the first in Australia by a consumer travel magazine, attracted an overwhelming response from both the public and travel industry.
Most Popular Hotel/Resort South East Asia
In the category of Most Popular Hotel/Resort South East Asia, Bali's Alam KulKul Resort located along the popular Kuta beachfront boulevard garnered top gold honors. While the silver and second-place went to the Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort – Malaysia another Bali Property, the Bounty Hotel, also in Kuta, was listed in the top five.
