The Australian Consulate General in Bali opens its doors at its new location on Monday, November 22, 2004, following its closure shortly after the Jakarta bombing outside the Australian Embassy on September 9, 2004.
The move, from the old location on Jalan Professor Yamin No. 4 to its new location, was made to enhance security for the Consulate and its staff.
