The Kuta Karnival is back!
Returning for the third year and adopting as its theme "a Summer of Fun" – the festival will engage businesses and entertainment venues across Bali's popular Kuta beach area from June 25 through July 3, 2005.
Nightly live-band performances on specially-built beach-side stages along Kuta and Legian beach, a grand beach parade on July 3, and a two-day beach-side carnival fair on July 2 and 3 represent just some of the many family-oriented and fun-filled activities on tap for those who visit.
For sports fans, numerous competitions and contests are being organized including beach volley ball and soccer games, surfing and body board challenges, and a body building competitions. There are also skateboarding contests scheduled at Kuta Beach Skate Park, tug-of-peace competitions, iron man races, and Kite flying events.
