Ocean Twelve Seafood at Bali's Sheraton Laguna

On brief loan from Thailand's Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort. Executive Chef Jerome Julius Case is showcasing 12 superb seafood masterpieces at the Sheraton Laguna Nusa Dua, Bali from July 8 – 22, 2005.

Inspired by the cooking secrets learned in his grandmother's kitchen in his native Sri Lanka, "Chef Jerome" has continued to treasure much-loved family recipes during a career at five-star hotels that has spanned 21 years and half the world. Along the way, his special flair in the kitchen has earned Jerome no less than 14 medals in international cooking competitions.

Chef Jerome's Bali appearance focuses on seafood and the Sheraton Laguna Nusa Dua's beachside Ocean Terrace Restaurant.
