Bali Discovery Tours' application for membership in the ICCA - The International Meetings Association has been approved by the Association's Board of Directors.
News of Bali Discovery Tours' acceptance under the membership category of Congress Travel & Destination Management Companies came via a facsimile from the ICCA Headquarters in Amsterdam on August 27.
Founded in 1963 by a group of travel professionals, the ICCA is one of the most prominent organizations in the world representing specialists in handling, transporting and accommodating international events. Members are drawn from 76 countries with regional offices in the Netherlands, Malaysia and Uruguay.
The Mission of the ICCA is to support the efforts of its professional members through maximizing business opportunities; raising and encouraging professional standards in line with client expectations; developing members' skills and understanding of the industry; and facilitating the exchange of information between members.
