Gala Launching Dinner
On Saturday, December 10, 2005, 40 elite guests were lavished with canapés and champagne while taking in the dramatic 180 degree uninterrupted panorama of the Indian Ocean.
Following cliff side cocktails, the guests adjourned to The Dining Room for a five-course menu accompanied by premium wines and consummated with cognacs and cigars, enjoyed against the backdrop of a firework display .
