Popular Bali Manager Shanghaied

In the next step in a hotel career spanning two decades, Daniel Lozano, General Manager of the Melia Bali Villas & Spa Resort, will soon be fare welling Bali with his wife and young child to assume new assignments with his group in Beijing and Shanghai.

Serving as General Manager of the Melia Bali Villas & Spa Resort from March 1998 until present, Mr. Lozano's previous Indonesia employments with Sol included stints as Resident Manager in the Grand Melia Jakarta and Melia Bali. While heading the Bali property he has placed emphasis on team-building, winning numerous awards for the property for projects that made a positive impact on Bali.

Taking over the No. 1 post at the Bali property will be Mr. Ricardo Castaneda, returning for another assignment at the Melia Bali Villas & Spa. Mr. Castaneda also holds the concurrent title of Vice President Operations Sol Melia Asia Pacific.
