The Kayumanis Group is presenting the 8th in its series of very successful Chef Collaboration Dinners on September 18-19, 2008 at the Piasan Restaurant at the Kayumanis Nusa Dua.
The Executive Chefs from all four Kayumanis properties - Kayumanis Nusa Dua, The Gangsa in Sanur, Kayumanis Jimbaran and Kayumanis Ubud - will join forces at their Nusa Dua property to present a collaborative 5-course menu featuring Italian, Indonesian, Thai and Balinese culinary specialties. Paired with outstanding wines the Chefs will present:
● Thai modern steam crab and prawn salad
● Rich Balinese soup with sweet potatoes
● Poached chicken
● Italian roasted duck seared foie gras
● Butternut pumpkin ravioli
Reservations are essential as seating is limited. The cost for the evening is Rp. 650,000 ++ per person (US$85.50) which includes the 5-course dinner and wine pairings. Each evening's meal will be accompanied by a live jazz performance.
