Bali Companies Invited to Come Forth on the Fourth

After an absence of many years, the American Community in Bali and others will celebrate U.S. Independence Day with fun day out in the best tradition of a home-town July 4th celebration from main street U.S.A..

On Sunday, July 4, 2010, from 2 – 5 p.m. the athletic field at the Bali International School in Sanur will be home to live music, traditional games, door prizes and a bazaar featuring some of Bali's best businesses. And, like 4th of July celebrations taking place on the other side of the world, there will be abundant quantities of beer, wine, cocktails, hot dogs, apple pie, ice cream and other tempting offerings available at special prices made possible through the generosity of sponsors.

Open to American and all others wishing to join in the fun and celebrate America's birthday, admission tickets cost Rp. 50,000 (US$5.30) for adults and Rp. 25,000 (US$2.65) for students. Please note: adults will be required to present a picture ID at the entrance to the event.

A limited number of 3 x 3 meter booths are available to Bali-based businesses wishing to promote or merchandise their products. To be open from 2 pm – 7 pm on Sunday, July 4th, the cost of each booth is only Rp. 1 million (US$106).
