October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Hard Rock Hotel Bali is joining Hard Rock hotels worldwide in a campaign dubbed "Pinktober."

The Bali hotel will use the month to raise breast cancer awareness and gather funds to help fight the deadly disease by donating proceeds from a Pinktober "Pink Sheets" hotel room drive. The "Pink Sheets" offer, just part of Hard Rock's International Pinktober campaign, sets aside 25% of revenues from select guestrooms outfitted in special pink-hued, guitar-embossed Sleep Like a Rock bedding. The charitable funds collected will be donated to the Healthy Breast Foundation of Jakarta (Yayasan Kesehatan Payudara Jakarta - YKPJ). In keeping with the theme, the rooms will also feature pink bathrobes and pink flower arrangements.

The anti-cancer campaign will permeate other parts of the hotel's operations as well. Donations from a portion of the proceeds from the sale of "Pink for a Cure Cocktail" sold at the Centerstage bar as well as from "Get Relaxed for a Cure Spa Package" available at the Rock Spa will also be employed in the fight against cancer.

The Centerstage will host a Pink Party during which all staff will be dressed in pink. The Hotel's Rock Shop will also be offering limited-edition collectable Pinktober pins, key chains and T-shirts – all benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

"Philanthropy is a pillar of the Hard Rock brand and we are excited to participate in the 11-year anniversary of this successful campaign to benefit breast cancer awareness," said Andrew Khoo, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Bali. "Our goal is to be involved and ensure our guests have fun, and we can't imagine a more enjoyable way to raise money than with cocktails, spa treatments and a blow-out party. It's philanthropy Hard Rock-style and we encourage our guests to participate in this important cause. All guests will have an added opportunity to contribute additional funds to the YKPJ upon checking out."

Pink Sheet rooms will be offered from Oct. 1 - 30 and booked based on availability.
