Bali's governor Made Mangku Pastika wants to hear from you.

To do this, he has set up a special post office box to enable people to directly contact him on matters related to the quality of public services:

Quoted in The Jakarta Post, the governor said, "the hot-line service is intended to improve transparency, accountability and good governance in Bali."

The governor has assured the public that all reports submitted to the postal box would be followed up.
