IMPORTANT NOTICE:  The organizer's of this event have announced that the "High Tea in the Hills" Event has been cancelled.

A relaxing an entertaining soirée will be held at an exclusive private estate in Nyuh Kuning, a suburb of Ubud, Bali, on Sunday, May 13, 2012, in support of Bali Peduli and their mission to provide life-saving testing and treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Promoted as a ”High Tea in the Hills,” the afternoon’s tea party will be supervised by Ibu Jero Asri - proprietor of Bali’s landmark Biku Restaurant Bali and a member of a Balinese Royal Household. [Biku Restaurant Bali Website

Highlights of the afternoon will be special performances by Bali’s world-famous contemporary dancer-choreographer I Nyoman Sura and a performance by the Bali Community Choir, under the direction of Brendan O’Donnell.

A cake stand, auction, raffle and door prizes will also form part of the afternoon's festivities.

A cash bar will be in operation.

Attendance is limited to 150 with a free Biku Tea Cup to be given to all attendees.

Dress Code

Prizes will be give for the best hat worn by a woman and separate prize for the best man’s hat.

Women are urged to come in a ladies frock while men are urged to come all dressed in white.
