The 3rd Annual Indonesian E-Tourism Summit (IETS) comes to Bali September 13-14, 2013. As with past conferences, the focus of this year’s event will examine current tourism trends in Indonesia, the changing travel setting and future outlook for the e-commerce industry, hotel and airline Industry statistics, latest E-Tourism Trends, the growing role of mobile and website technologies and their pervasive impact on e-distribution and revenue management.

IETS will be held again at Bali’s Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel.

300 senior managers are expected to attend to gain insights and learn innovative marketing strategies and network with more than 25 travel industry leaders.

In addition to the day-and-one-half conference program, IETS 2012 will include a GM's forum - a unique, intimate networking session specially addressed to general managers and conference speakers. Conference attendees can also avail themselves of appointment with the region’s leading online and offline travel agencies at the OTA business tabletop session.

Indira Abidin, Managing Director of Fortune PR and one of the speakers said: “Social media hype have definitely struck millions people around the world, and have influenced the way people travel around the world. It is imperative for all players in the tourism industry to effectively use social media to grow their business, engage target audience, build reputation and establish the social license to operate."
