A 5.2 earthquake on the Richter scale shook the province of Bali on Thursday afternoon, November 22, 2012, causing some resident of the island to run into the street fearing worst shaking was to follow.
The Agency for Meteorology and Geophysics (BKMG) fixed the 5,2 Richter scale quake at a location just off shore form Bali’s Southwest Coast at a depth of 35 kilometers.
The time of the earthquake 5:09 pm local time.
No reports of damage were received in connection with the quake nor was there any threat of a tsunami.
