In the past, Bieber's fondness for monkeys has brought the superstar into problems with law enforcement when earlier this year German customs officials seized his pet Capuchin monkey.Various media sources and twitter account @justinbieber leave little doubt that the Canadian “wunderkind “was in Bali this past week to visit the local tourist sites and work on an upcoming musical release.
Bieber’s twitter account, although not mentioning Bali by name, includes “tweets” announcing the 19-year-old was completing a musical project “in Paradise.” That the paradise was Bali was confirmed by pictures tweeted by Bieber and pictures of Bieber taken in locations outside his South Bali hotel.
Bieber’s view on Indonesian recording capabilities have apparently moderated since April 2012 when Bieber caused chagrin among his many Indonesia fans when he blamed the quality on one his musical tracks on the “random country” where the technicians “didn’t know what they were doing.” Bieber was referring to Indonesia, a fact confirmed by Bieber’s manager.
Bieber’s visit to Bali included stops at a nearby temple populated by wild monkeys, evoking a tweet at @justinbieber
of “I love monkeys.”
