A Special Section for Cesare

Wines of Pio Cesare at a Special Dinner at St. Regis Bali on April 4, 2014

(3/30/2014) The premiere wines of Pio Cesare Winery will be on hand for a remarkable wine evening scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Kayuputi Restaurant of the St Regis Resort Bali.

The Resort’s Chief Sommelier Harald Wiesmann has strategized with Pio Boffa, the owner of Pio Cesare Winery, in securing memorable vintages for the evening.

Outstanding wines will be paired with a customized menu using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients crafted by Chef de Cuisine Agung Gede.

The resulting six delectable courses will highlight the Asian Haute Cuisine concept for which Kayuputi is renowned.

Cocktail and canapés will be served from 7:00 pm in Kayuputi Bar, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm at Kayuputi’s Mezzanine floor.

Dinner including cocktails, canapés and wines is at Rp. 1.850.000 net per person (US$160).
