Grand Hyatt Closes Inagiku for 3 Months

After Extensive Renovations, Inagiku Japanese Restaurant to Re-open as New Concept Japanese Eatery in December.

(8/19/2001) After a successful run of ten years, the Grand Hyatt Resort's Inagiku Japanese Restaurant will close on September 01 for three months of renovations. In early December, a new Japanese restaurant will open in the same location featuring a contemporary Teppanyaki section and a casual dining room with three mini-open kitchen counters featuring a new approach to Japanese cuisine on the Island.

Because the restaurant is a free-standing entity within the resort's grounds there will be no noise inconvenience to guests during the rebuilding procress. Additionally, a limited menu of Japanese specialties will be on offer at the Resort's International Cafe - Mei Yan International Cafe during the period of the closure. The Grand Hyatt's new Executive Chef, Mr. Shinji Sudo will also be on hand supervising Japanese breakfasts available each morning in the Mei Yan International Cafe and for pre-arranged dinner and banqueting menus.
