(1/28/2007) In a distinguished hotel career covering more than 30 years and several Indonesian assignments, American Jim Boyles has been appointed General Manager of the 495-key Meliá Bali Villas & Spa Resort.
Both a Bali and Indonesian hospitality veteran, Boyles has worked with in Surabaya, Bali and Jakarta in senior sales and management positions. He also worked as General Manager for 2 years of the Renaissance Sapporo Hotel in Hokkaido, Japan.
Boyles began his hotel career in Hawaii in 1972.
