Dinner Amicale in Ubud

Friday, April 27th Dinner with Friends at Amandari Resort – Book Now Space is Limited!

(4/16/2007) Bali's renowned Amandari Resort in Ubud has announced its latest in its series of "Dinner Amicale" "Dinner with Friends."

Always popular and well-attended, these dinners are famous for both the quality of menu and their excellent value-for-money.

The next dinner will be held on Friday, April 27, 2007 starting at 7:30 p.m.. The cost of the special four-course dinner is only Rp. 400,000 plus 21% tax and service (approximately US$52.60).

Organic Vegetable Antipasti - bagna cauda dressing

Mangrove Crab Broth - crab dumplings, saffron noodles, chilli oil

Slow Braised Kobe Beef Cheek - smoked pork belly, organic greens & shitake mushrooms

Balinese Cacao Dessert - truffle, mousse & macaroon

Coffee / Tea - Valrhona Chocolates


A vegetarian menu is available. Diners are welcome to bring their own wine to this special dinner as no corkage charge will be levied.
