A Spirited and Elegant Night Awaits

Four Seasons Bali at Jimbaran Bay Hosts a Special Cocktail with Paired Cocktails and Memorable Dinner at Sundara on Saturday, June 8, 2013

(6/4/2013) Sundara - Bali’s chic new seaside dining and cocktail venue at the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay  will be the location for a cutting-edge cocktail reception featuring followed by a cocktail-paired dinner on Saturday, June 8, 2013.

Performing at the bar throughout the evening will be master mixologist Javier de las Muelas of DRY, a company that is at the leading edge of cocktails internationally

The founder of legendary Cocktail Bar Gimlet and Dry Martini, and author of home of the Javier de las Muelas Cocktails & Drinks Book - now in its fifth edition – Javier will create an exquisite range of cocktails to perfectly match culinary creations. 

De las Muelas has created an exquisite range of cocktails to perfectly match culinary creations of Executive Chef Greg Bunt.

Among the cocktail combinations awaiting on June 8th are:

Wasabi Martini
Tuna tartar preserved lemon, cucumber, peanut crackers

Spicy Apple
Foie gras terrine green apple jelly, crostini

Jim-Let Fox-Trot
Scallops ceviche prawns, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro

Coconut Rhapsody
Red curry barramundi lychee, herbs

Thousand Nights
Lamb loin cumin, spinach, broad beans, eggplant

Spoon Martini
Lemon tart citrus labne


The memorable night will begin at 7.00 pm at the Mezzanine Bar with a mix of non-alcoholic cocktails and assorted canapés and will follow with a cocktail-paired dinner at the restaurant.

Cost for the evening is RP. 950.000 plus 21% tax and service (US$115).
