Highly-acclaimed international culinary talent Chef Christophe Schmitt will come to Bali for three days to bring his unique talents to the three leading venues of The Apruva Kempinski Bali on January 26-27, and 29, 2020.
Known for both pushing and setting new gastronomic boundaries, Chef Christophe is regarded as one of France’s leading culinary talents. Christophe, who earned his 1-Michelin Star at L’Almandin, France and Le Diane Restaurant Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière, Paris will be in Bali to collaborate with the resort’s award-winning team to create and present hand-crafted Indonesian-French cuisine. The Apurva Kempinski’s Chef Eric Cocollos leads the Indonesia side that includes chefs coming from some of the world’s most outstanding two and three-star Michelin Restaurants. Regarded as stars among Bali’s incomparable galaxy of gastronomic talent employed at The Apruva Kempinski Bali, many individual members of the Kempinski kitchen brigade are winners of prestigious awards and recognitions.

- Sunday, January 26th - Experience Chef Schmitt’s decidedly “French Twist” that he will bring to the weekly Sunday Bruncation between 12 noon and 3:00 pm priced at Rp. 620,000 plus 21% tax and service. Includes free-flow non-alcoholic drinks.
- Tuesday, January 28th – Chef Schmitt goes decidedly oriental lending his touch to a 5-course degustation menu at the Izakaya by OKU Japanese Restaurant starting from 6:00 pm until closing for Rp. 1,250,000 plus 21% tax and service.
- Wednesday, January 29th – Starting from 6:00 pm, join a four-course degustation menu dinner prepared by Chef Christophe with Chefs Imam Fayumi and Adam presents “under the sea” at The Apurva Kempinski’s Koral Aquarium restaurant priced at Rp. 1,250,000 plus 21% tax and service.
