Citilink Indonesia Adds it 7th and 8th International Ports of Call

Citilink Indonesia Now Operates Daily Flights from Bali to Perth, Western Australia and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Garuda Indonesia low-cost subsidiary Citilink Indonesia launched on November 8, 2019, new daily services between Bali and Perth, Western Australia, and Bali and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Quoted by The Jakarta Globe, the president director of Citilink Juliandra said: "Both Perth and Kuala Lumpur are promising markets. There are a lot of foreign tourists there who want to visit Bali, the Island of the Gods."  She continued, saying the airline is seeking to target young Indonesian travelers with the new air routes that will represent the 7th and 8th international destinations served by the Airline.

The airline has budgeted for occupancy levels in excess of 75% on both routes that are being operated with Airbus A320 equipment configures to carry 180 passengers.

Denpasar - Perth

The daily Citilink Indonesia flight from Bali to Perth departs after midnight at 1:00 am local time in Bali landing in Perth at 4:40 local time. The return leg leaves Perth at 9:40 am landing in Bali 1:30 pm local time.

Denpasar – Kuala Lumpur

The daily flight from Bali to Malaysia leaves Denpasar at 2:45 pm local time landing in Kuala Lumpur at 5:40 pm local time. Southbound, the return flight takes off from Kuala Lumpur at 5:40 pm local time touching down in Denpasar, Bali at 10:05 pm local time.

Both Malaysian and Australian remain key source markets for visitors to Bali.
