400 Computers to be donated to Indonesian Schools after IMF-World October 2018 Conference in Bali
The Indonesian Government has pledged to give away 400 computers to schools in Bali, Lombok and Banyuwangi in East Java after the conclusion of the International Monetary Fund (IMF)-World Bank Meeting to be held in Nusa Dua, Bali in October 2018.

Finance.detik.com quoted an official of the local organizing committee of the IMF-World Bank Conference, Susiwijiono, who said the computers were national assets that can be given to schools.

Those receiving the computers as grants from the government must fulfill certain eligibility requirements.

The spokesperson said that computers would only be given to the qualifying schools. Supporting components, such as software and internet connections, will remain the responsibility of the individual schools.

Schools wishing to receive computers will need to demonstrate their ability to connect them to the Internet and make the equipment fully operational.
