Mountain Cycling
The starting point is at a restaurant in the hub of Kintamani, then begin with a downhill track through orange orchards on the road side, pass the Bayung Gede village, a village with a unique story about a well organized compound where the number of the houses inside never changes. On and on you rode and ride with the jungle still ahead. Pass through cowshed. A villagers built some sheds for the lembu (white cows) to live in and feed them regularly. No one dares to kill them, so the lembu live till they die naturally, a protected and peaceful life. From the jungle you will entered the rice fields. After more or less two hours on this extraordinary journey by bicycle you will entered the Taro Elephant Park.
