Private Villa, Seminyak

Athena Bali Villas has three kinds of villa catering from honeymoon couples up until large family holidays. Available from 1 Bedroom Villas, 2 Bedroom Villas and until 3 Bedroom Villas all with private pool.

Athena Bali Villas are next to Sunset Road near Seminyak in a peaceful area overlooking rice fields. Conveniently, it takes only 15 minutes to get to the airport and only 10 minutes to the beaches, shopping and night-life area of Kuta.

Private to the master bedroom is another landscaped area with a huge garden bath tub and shower room.

Security is a the first priority with guard service provided unobtrusively 24 hours a day.

Safety Box is also provided in each bedroom.

Remarks

The first column shows the different room categories of the villa.

The '++' behind the Published Rates in the second column indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

In the third column we have added those 21% to the Published Rates for your reference. This simplifies the comparison with our Internet Rates.

Our Internet Rates in the forth column are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.

The saving in the fifth column is calculated against the Published Rates plus the additional charges of 21%.
