The State News Agency Antara reports that three Australian men are now facing trial under the threat of a possible death sentence before the Courts in Denpasar, Bali. The three Australians are facing trial in connection with a premeditated attack on fellow countrymen at Villa Casa Santisya on Jalan Pantai Munggu Seseh, in Desa Munggu.
Facing the death penalty, if found guilty, are Australians Darcy Francesco Jenson (37), Tupou Paea Imidolmore (37). and Coskun Mevlut (23).
Bali police confirm that the evidence in the case was handed to the Public Prosecutors on 15 October 2025.
While undergoing trial, the three Australians will be held in custody at Bali’s notorious Kerobokan prison.
The three are charged with premeditated murder under various subsections of Section 340 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP 340) and various weapons charges.

The target of the murderous attack was fellow Australians Zivan Radmanovic and Sanar Ghanim, who were shot while staying at Vila Casa Santisya in the early hours of Saturday, 14 June 2025. In what has been described as a gangland-style attack, Zivan Radmanovic was killed while Sanar Ghanim was gravely wounded and was treated at a Denpasar hospital.
The shooting was witnessed by Radmanovic’s widow (GJ) and Daniela, the wife of Ghanim.
Zivan Radmanovic was mortally wounded while hiding in a villa bathroom, while Sanar was shot in a bedroom.
Using sophisticated investigative techniques, Bali police captured the three men in Indonesia and Singapore while they were trying to make good their escape. Meanwhile, Bali police remain adamant in insisting that an international narcotics syndicate did not necessarily orchestrate the assassination.
