Bali’s Airport has added another international flight route connecting India and the Island with the new IndiGo Airline Service between Mumbai and Denpasar.
As reported by Beritabali.com, the inaugural Mumbai-Depasar service utilized an Airbus A320 Aircraft that landed in Bali on 18 October 2025 as flight #6E 1607 landed at 16:00 hours, carrying 173 passengers.

The IndiGo Flight connecting Bali and Mumbai now operates daily.
“We welcome the arrival of IndiGo Airlines, which now offers direct access from Mumbai to Bali. This route not only expands the international flight network at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport but also strengthens tourism and economic ties between the two countries,” said Syaugi, the manager of Bal’s Airport.
Syaugi sees the Indian market as having great potential for Bali, with the number of two-way tourists between India and Indonesia increasing each year.

“The number of foreign tourist arrivals from India continues to show positive growth. In 2025, we recorded 438,646 Indian nationals entering through I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport,” he said.
This figure represents an 8 percent increase over 2024, placing India among the top 3 countries with the most foreign tourist arrivals to Bali.
Bali is now connected by air to three major Indian cities—Mumbai—via IndiGo Airlines and Air India. New Delhi and Bengaluru.
