Established in August of 2005, the Smile Foundation of Bali (Yayasan Senyum Bali) assists poor Indonesian children suffering from craniofacial abnormalities. Through funding and logistical support to medical teams in Bali and in Adelaide, South Australia, children afflicted with congenital or traumatic facial deformities receive life-changing surgeries. The majority of operations are performed at Bali's Sanglah General Hospital, while patients with more complex conditions are sent to the Australian Craniofacial Unit in Adelaide where world-renowned surgeon Professor David David and his team work medical miracles.

How You Can Help?
Among a number of fund-raising projects conducted in support of the Foundation's work, two Opportunity "Smile Shops" selling new or as-new products are now in operation in Bali. The first opportunity shop is located in Ubud in Banjar Taman – just up from Seniwati Gallery of Art by Women. The Ubud shop's hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sundays from 12 noon until 4 p.m. and closed on Mondays.
The newest "Smile Shop" has just opened in Sanur on Jalan Segara Ayu No. 2, roughly located behind MacDonalds. The Sanur "Smiles Shop" is open daily from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and closed on Mondays.
Donated merchandise, shop fittings and volunteers to help staff the shops are a constant need. To assist or learn more call Dory at Telephone ++62-(0)81353193587.
