Among the cocktail combinations awaiting on June 8th are:
Tuna tartar preserved lemon, cucumber, peanut crackers
Foie gras terrine green apple jelly, crostini
Scallops ceviche prawns, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro
Red curry barramundi lychee, herbs
Lamb loin cumin, spinach, broad beans, eggplant
Lemon tart citrus labne
The memorable night will begin at 7.00 pm at the Mezzanine Bar
with a mix of non-alcoholic cocktails and assorted canapés and will follow with a cocktail-paired dinner at the restaurant.
