RI Pres. Prabowo Invites OZ PM Albanese to Ocean Impact Summit in Bali 0-09 June 2027

​Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has invited Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to attend the Ocean Impact Summit on 08-09 June 2027.

​Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese made an official visit to Indonesia from 05-07 February 2027, during which he signed an Australia–Indonesia Treaty on Common Security.

Albanese will discuss issues touching on trade and investment, education, and development.

​The most recent visit will be the Prime Minister’s fifth official visit to Indonesia.

Ocean Impact Summit

Indonesia will host the Ocean Impact Summit 2026 in Bali, 08-09 June 2026. World political and business leaders will be invited to exchange and collaborate to advance “game-changing” blue economy concepts and ideas, examine public policies, and identify funding opportunities for sustainable ocean-linked investments.

​Among the distinguished speakers slated to appear at the Summit will be Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, United Nations’ Special Envoy for the Ocean Peter Thomson, the founder of Ocean X Ray Dailo, Indonesian Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, the CEO of Danantara Rosan Roeslani, Operations Director of Danantara Danny Oskari, and Chief Investment Officer of Danantara Pandu Sjahrir.

​Quoted by Kompas.com, President Prabowo said during a joint press conference at the end of the Australian Prime Minister’s State Visit to Indonesia, “I invited Prime Minister Albanese to attend the Ocean Impact Summit to be held at Nusa Dua, Bali,  in June of this year.”
