Worth noting for those planning on celebrating Valentine’s Day at Jard’or on 14 February, it might be wise to take note that this year’s Holiday dedicated to love falls on the first day of a 4-day-long official holiday period that extends until Tuesday (17 February) of the following week, with 16 & 17 February designated by the government to celebrate Chinese New Year.

Claimed by many gourmets and gourmands as Bali’s best French Restaurant, Jard’or translates as Golden Garden – a name apropos to its garden setting and the propitious “gold standard” range of culinary delights on offer daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 9:00 am until 2:00 am.
Part of the island’s renowned Bali Collection, the 8-hectare mall offers dining, lifestyle, shopping, and entertainment options within the Nusa Dua Complex.
Jard’or is close to Bali Collection’s Main Entrance and to a convenient cross-street parking lot. The Restaurant is also accessible via a private driveway and garden entrance, with valet parking.
Widely praised as a restaurant where French elegance meets Balinese warmth. Diners can choose between indoor, fully air-conditioned seating reminiscent of a fine French Salon, or al fresco relaxation in an elegant outdoor garden, served by a nearby well-stocked open bar. Le Garden serves equally well for sunset drinks, tropical outdoor dining, or an après-dîner cigar selected from the restaurant’s carefully curated humidor.
Thomas Wiese, Owner’s Representative, overseeing the operation of Jard’or, is a lifelong veteran of the hospitality industry. “When we built and opened Jard’or, the goal was to be authentic in every detail in terms of both setting and cuisine. In addition, we added special touches not found in other French restaurants, such as quality wine-by-the-glass paired to each dish and extra sauce on standby to ensure the sauce is never finished before the main course is completely consumed,” said Thomas. “We cook with rigor and serve with care,” Wiese added.
The standard ala carte menu is available in addition to the prix fixe special menu for Valentine’s Day.
