A Celebration of Music with Ade Sinata, Bryant Gozali, and Carla Suharto
The much-acclaimed Padma Musical Series returns with a magical musical collaboration, “A Cello Journey – From Vienna to Bali,” featuring an Indonesian virtuoso trio of two renowned cellists – Ade Sinata and Bryant Gozali, appearing together on stage with gifted pianist Carla Suharto.
An evening of musical brilliance will bring together these three extraordinary talents, bridging cultures through the universal musical voices of the cello and piano.
Due to an unforeseen family tragedy, Ade Sinata will be appearing in lieu of Austrian Abua Druml.
Set against the luxuriant backdrop of Padma Resort Legian on Sunday, 19 October 2025, the concert promises a night of virtuosity and musical storytelling. Concertgoers will be transported spiritually from the heart of Bali to the grand traditions of a Vienna Konzerthaus.
Ade Sinata
Widely regarded as one of Indonesia’s leading cellists, Ade Sinata will bring a rare combination of emotional depth, technical mastery, and artistic integrity to the Padma stage.

A core figure in Indonesia’s classical musical scene, Ade Sinata has performed extensively across Asia, Europe, and the United States as a soloist, chamber musician, and principal cellist with leading orchestras including the Jakarta City Philharmonic, Jakarta Sinfonietta, Nusantara Symphony Orchestra, and the popular Twilite Orchestra – with which he toured Germany and Slovakia. Sinata is a founding member of the much-celebrated d’Java String Quartet and Cascade Trio. He was awarded a 1st Prize at the 3rd Yong Siew Toh Conservatory Chamber Music Competition in Singapore, where was also cited as the “Best Cello Performer.”
Sinata also serves as a senior cello faculty member at The Jakarta Conservatory of Music.

Bryant Gozali
In Bali, Ade Sinata will join Bryant Gozali, one of Indonesia’s leading young cellists, and currently Co-Principal of the Jakarta Simfonia Orchestra, and a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Music and UCLA. Bryant is celebrated for his nuanced ensemble playing and deep commitment to chamber music and education.
Carla Suharto
Completing the trio is Indonesian pianist Carla Suharto, an acclaimed soloist and chamber musician trained in Germany under Professor Thomas Günther. With performances across Europe and Asia and a Gold Prize at the Asia International Piano Academy Festival, she is recognized for her artistry, versatility, and dedication to nurturing Indonesia’s next generation of Musicians.

Together, these three artists will present an evening of intimate chamber music that highlights the expressive depth of the cello, the elegance of the piano, and the shared spirit of musical storytelling across borders.
Early booking is strongly recommended for what promises to be one of Bali’s most captivating musical evenings this season.
