Overlooked by most tourist visitors to Bali and sadly underused by Bali residents, the Trans Metro Dewata Bus System operates a large fleet of modern buses crisscrossing and connecting destinations across the populated southern part of the Island.
Quoted by Kompas.com, the coordinator of Trans Metro Dewata, Budi, said that the routes operated by Trans Metro Dewata pass many of Bali’s leading tourist destinations and attractions. Budi explained that the current tariff for riding on the public bus system is Rp. 4,400 with a special tariff of Rp. 2,000 extended to, among others, students and the aged.
The buses of the Trans Metro Dewata System operate from 4:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. each day.
To facilitate the use of the Trans Metro Dewata Bus System, here is the breakdown of the five “corridors” operated by the transport company:

This route connects Central Parkir Kuta with Terminal Persiapan in Tabanan.
