Etihad Airways plans to fly directly from Abu Dhabi to Bali beginning 23 April 2024.
Quoted by Kompas.com, the C.E.O. of Etihad Airways, Antonoaldo Neves, issued a formal statement on Saturday, 9 December 2023, saying: “We are pleased to announce our inaugural flights to Bali. This development part of the ‘Summer 24 – 2024 Program’ strengthens and affirms our determination to widen our flight network to meet growing customer demand.”
Other destinations to be served by Etihad as part of the “Summer 24” include Thailand and Sri Lanka.
Neves praised Bali as a popular tropical destination with a pleasing atmosphere, culture, and excellent beaches.
The direct Etihad Airways flight service connecting Abu Dhabi and Bali will operate four times each week using Boeing 787-09 Dreamliner Aircraft.
Abu Dhabi to Bali will fly as EY 476, leaving the U.A.E. at 10:25 pm and landing in Bali at 11:35 am. All times are local. The Abu Dhabi flight will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Bali (Denpasar) to Abu Dhabi will fly as EY 477 leaves Denpasar, Bali, at 6:45 pm, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 11:45 pm. All times are local. The eastbound flight will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
